OEM Manufacturing Process
- Step 1: Sample Development
We create a prototype using 3D printing based on your or our design. - Step 2: Pre-Production Sample (PPS)
A final sample is produced for approval before mass production. - Step 3: Injection Molding
Plastic is molded into the toy’s structure. - Step 4: Painting
Base colors and fine details are spray-painted. - Step 5: Printing
Logos and detailed artwork are applied using pad printing. - Step 6: Flocking (Optional)
A soft, textured finish is added if needed. - Step 7: Assembly & Packaging
Products are assembled and customized to your packaging requirements. - Step 8: Shipping
